Nicole is a strength training coach and movement specialist dedicated to helping women eliminate leaking, pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction by restoring their body's natural function. With over 30 years of experience, she is a Certified Fitness Professional, Master Trainer for Core Confidence Education (the leading certification for pre/postnatal rehabilitation), and the founder of Pelvic Floor Secrets™—her signature system designed to help women heal from the inside out.

While Nicole has worked with women of all ages, her focus is on women 45 and above—women who are active, driven, and ready to take back control of their bodies after years of frustrating symptoms. Many of these women have been told their symptoms are just part of aging, yet Nicole proves otherwise by guiding them through a structured, alignment-based system that gets real, lasting results.

Her approach is simple yet powerful:

YOGA SPECIALIST

Julie’s yoga journey began in 2006, sparking a lifelong passion for movement, mindfulness, and deep connection. She is a certified yoga instructor with over 400 hours of training, including her Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification from United Yoga Montreal and an Anusara Immersion certification from Community of Hearts Yoga in Waterloo.

With extensive expertise in Therapeutic and Restorative Yoga, Julie has helped hundreds of women through pregnancy and postpartum, guiding them to reconnect with their bodies with care and confidence.

As a mother of three, she deeply understands the power of yoga to restore balance, relieve stress, and strengthen both body and mind. Her teaching style is compassionate yet empowering, offering a well-rounded practice that challenges and supports students at every stage of their journey.
