Nicole Thorne has been educating and encouraging women with her positive, results-orientated fitness programs for over 20 years. A Lululemon ambassador alumni, Nicole has been featured in Elevate Magazine, as well as on Breakfast Television and the Today’s Parent website. Women who have trained with Nicole rave about her empowering programs, her motivating personality, and above all the fantastic results they’ve achieved with her support.
As a certified fitness professional, Nicole can help you reach your goals regardless of past experience or abilities. As a mother of two, Nicole understands the particular issues that arise after pregnancy, and can help you return to exercise safely and effectively. While postpartum fitness is a passion of Nicole’s, her expertise extends to women of all ages, body types, and fitness levels. Taking into consideration your specific needs, Nicole will tailor an individualized fitness program that will help you build strength, encourage greater mobility, and enhance your overall health.
After years helping women in the Greater Toronto Area take control of their health and fitness, Nicole brings her enthusiasm and knowledge to the women of the tri-city area. Now offering her life-changing programs at her own gym in Waterloo.

Lori Ireton-Paul

Lori Ireton-Paul has been a passionate fitness professional for 19 years helping hundreds of women achieve their goals and transform their lives. She has been featured in Inside Fitness magazine as a result of her own transformation and thus can truly understand the struggles women face with health and fitness. Lori is a Just Strong ambassador, sharing her knowledge and passion to empower women to become the strongest version of themselves. The women who have worked with Lori have fallen in love with her enthusiastic personality, the results they achieve from her motivating programs and her infectious passion for getting creative in the kitchen.
Lori specializes in helping you understand how exercise and nutrition work with your body to achieve your goals regardless of past exercise and diet history. As a certified fitness and nutrition professional, she can help you learn the importance of proper posture, exercise mechanics and nutrition in achieving a healthy and strong body and mind. Lori will work with you to design individualized fitness programs and nutrition plans to suit your lifestyle and current fitness levels. These programs will help you build strength, increase mobility and improve your overall health.

Natalie Fisk
PERSONAL TRAINER
Natalie is a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Core Confidence Specialist. She is a graduate of the University of Guelph with a BASc. in Nutrition.
She is passionate about helping women get active and stay active while reaching their fitness goals. As a mother of two young children, she has experience of the changes women go through during pregnancy and labour and the impact they have on the core and pelvic floor. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to teach women the importance of training their bodies appropriately and safely and how to recover their core strength.
Natalie has always led an active lifestyle playing various recreational and competitive sports. Natalie, her husband and their two children like to spend much of their time outdoors. They stay active by camping, canoeing, hiking, skiing, skating and biking together.

Kylie Sullivan
PERSONAL TRAINER
Kylie Sullivan is known for her exuberant personality and commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle. She recently completed her Masters degree in Kinesiology, where she devoted her studies to exercise physiology and nutrition. Prior to that she received her B.Sc in Exercise Science in the United States where she also competed at the Division 1 NCAA level in women’s lacrosse. Kylie’s passion for fitness was cultivated at a young age through her dedication in becoming the best athlete she could be. Her enthusiasm and love for fitness continued to flourish throughout her academic career, as she learned how impactful physical activity can be.
Now working as a certified exercise physiologist, Kylie specializes in delivering exercise programs to healthy and clinical populations. She also is a core confidence specialist. With her sound understanding of body mechanics, exercise prescription and the importance of regular exercise, she can help you accomplish your health and fitness goals through her personalized programming. Kylie is a strong believer that exercise is medicine and aspires to continue to promote this message as a personal trainer in the women’s health field.
